Cathay Pacific will increase flights for Brisbane and Perth from 28 October 2024, returning to pre-pandemic flight levels. Increasing its number of flights by 75%, this new schedule will support passengers and cargo by offering more direct options into Hong Kong. ​

Changes to flights per week: ​

• Perth increases from six to 11
• Brisbane increases from six to 10

Sydney and Melbourne continue their daily services with four flights per day and three flights per day respectively. ​

Flights for this October to March 2025 are on sale now. ​

These latest flight updates showcase Cathay Pacific’s focus on its rebuild. The Cathay Group (including fully owned subsidiary HK Express) plans to restore its passenger flights to 100% of pre-pandemic levels within the first quarter of 2025 and is on track having reached 80% within the second quarter of this year, moving people to over 80 destinations around the world.
