Cathay Pacific Cargo to wet-lease two Boeing 747-8 freighters From Atlas Air Worldwide to support expanding services

Cathay Pacific Cargo today announced it has reached agreement with Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., a leading global provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services, to wet-lease two Boeing 747-8 Freighters from May 2017 to support its airfreight operations.

The two freighters, which will be operated by Atlas Air through an aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) service agreement, will be deployed to supplement capacity on Cathay Pacific Cargo’s existing network.
