Cathay Pacific asks passengers to postpone travel to London on 30 November due to UK Border Agency strike action
An airline spokesperson said: “We have received notification from the British Airports Authority that customers travelling to or from London’s Heathrow airport on 30 November may be affected by the planned strike action. While we hope to operate our regular schedule, customers may experience prolonged delays awaiting Immigration processing and there may even be the possibility of flight diversions.”
The airline will waive all rebooking charges for Cathay Pacific tickets issued worldwide on or before 25 November for travel on the following flights. Full details are available at www.cathaypacific.com.
Hong Kong to London:
CX251 on 29 November and CX255, CX257 and CX253 on 30 November
London to Hong Kong:
CX252, CX250, CX256 and CX254 on 30 November
