Cathay Pacific issues special ticketing guidelines on Brisbane flights as flooding continues in city

Cathay Pacific Airways today (Wednesday, 12 January) issued special ticketing guidelines for its passengers travelling to and from Brisbane following the serious flooding in the city.

Rebooking charges will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide, irrespective of fare type, on or before 12 January for travel involving Brisbane between 12 and 15 January. For full details, please visit the airline's website, www.cathaypacific.com.

The airline's flights to and from Brisbane are still operating as normal. However, land transport continues to be affected and passengers are advised to allow more time for travel between the airport and downtown areas. As the situation may change quickly, passengers are advised to check the status of their flight at the airline's website, www.cathaypacific.com, before going to the airport.

Customers are also advised to input their contact details in the Manage My Booking function at the website to ensure they get the latest flight information via SMS or email.
