Cathay Pacific Group Fact Sheet

The Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific Group offers scheduled passenger and cargo services to over 200 destinations in Asia, North America, Australia, Europe and Africa, using a fleet of close to 200 aircraft. There are three airlines in the Cathay Pacific Group:

  • Cathay Pacific, an international network airline. 

  • Cathay Dragon, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific which focuses on providing services to destinations across Asia, including more than 20 cities in mainland China. 

  • AHK Air Hong Kong, an all-cargo carrier operating regional express freight services that Cathay Pacific is in the process of making into a wholly owned subsidiary. 

Cathay Pacific is a member of the Swire group and is a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Cathay Pacific is a founder member of the oneworld global alliance and Cathay Dragon is an affiliate member.

oneworld

Cathay Pacific is a founder member of the oneworld alliance. Member airlines include: Cathay Pacific, American Airlines, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LATAM Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airlines, Royal Jordanian, S7 Airlines and SriLankan Airlines. These airlines serve more than 1,000 airports in over 150 countries. Cathay Dragon became an affiliate oneworld member on 1 November 2007.

Cathay Pacific is a partner of Asia Miles, Asia's leading travel and lifestyle rewards programme. Asia Miles has over 700 partners, including 29 airline partners, and more than 9 million members. Members can earn and redeem Asia Miles to over 1,000 destinations worldwide.
